DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Used to be a great app, now is the worst!!!!

I been playing for years on my ipad and been loving it but now i broke my ipad and got a new one and I havent been able to sing in on my new device. Then I try sending a email to customer service and recieved a notification that they recieved my email and thats it! Havent heard from them in 4 months! Deleting the app! Rate 1 star because I cannot do any lower rate.
